All of our work and materials are completely guaranteed. In fact, I believe this in an area where our service goes to the next level to separate us from the competition. In the rare case that you have ANY issues with your installation or delivery, we will return to correct them as soon as we possibly can. No one wants to chase a contractor on a call back. For this reason, we return right away. We are able to do this due to our almost exclusive focus on residential and small commercial projects. While we keep a busy schedule, we try not to get to the point where we cannot take or correct a job on short notice.
In short, our goal is to provide you with an experience that is safe, courteous, efficient and of high quality. On a regular basis, I remind our staff, “do it safe, do it well and get it done,” in that order. Living by these words day to day is challenging. However, experience has taught me that no amount of haste is worth compromising safety or quality. No amount of engine noise can replace organization to get our projects completed in a timely manner.
